Makeup & Reschedule & Cancellation
We understand that families may have holidays, special events, or unexpected changes during the year. To keep things simple, here’s how our makeup and reschedule policy works:

Annual Enrolment
You can reschedule or take makeup classes anytime within the same year. Holiday programs are also available for makeups.

Semester Enrolment
Makeup and reschedule options are available within the same semester.

Term Enrolment
Makeups and reschedules need to be used within the same term.
👉 Please let us know as early as possible if you need to arrange a makeup class, so we can find the best option for your child.
Cancellation & Refunds

Once a term has started, that term can’t be cancelled or refunded.

Term enrolment: no cancellation once the term begins.

Semester enrolment: you may cancel the remaining term(s) in that semester, but not the current term once it has started.

Annual enrolment: you may cancel the remaining term(s) in the year, but not the current term once it has started.

Refund calculation (when eligible): we charge any started/used period at the standard price (not discounted), and refund the remaining balance.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I know my child will be away?
If you know in advance that your child will miss a class (for example, going on holidays in two weeks), please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a makeup lesson before you leave.
What if my child is sick?
We understand sickness can happen suddenly. Makeup classes can be arranged within the same term/semester/year (depending on your enrolment type).
Can we do makeup classes in holiday programs?
Yes — this is an exclusive benefit for full-year enrolments. Missed regular lessons can be made up during our holiday classes.
Do makeups need to be in the same week?
Where possible, yes. Joining a parallel class in the same week helps keep lesson content consistent. For example, if you miss Sunday’s class, you might attend Thursday or Friday that week. If that’s not possible, we’ll arrange the closest available class.
How do I book a makeup?
Just contact us as early as you can — the earlier we know, the more options we can provide.
Can I cancel after a term has started?
No — once a term begins, that term can’t be cancelled or refunded.
If I’m on an annual or semester plan, what can I cancel?
You can cancel the remaining future term(s), but not the current term once it has started.
How do you calculate refunds?
We deduct any started/used period at the standard rate, then refund the remaining balance.
Why do you use the standard rate instead of the discounted annual price?
Because annual/semester plans include discounts. Using standard rates for the portion already used keeps it fair for everyone.

如果您提前知道孩子将缺课（例如两周后要去度假），请尽快联系我们，我们可以在出发前为您安排补课。
如果孩子生病了怎么办？
我们理解突发情况，生病缺课可以根据报名类型，在同一学期/学年内安排补课。
补课可以在假期课程中完成吗？
可以的！这是一项全年制报名的专属福利。若平时课程错过，可在假期课程中进行补课。
补课需要在同一周内完成吗？
如有可能，建议在同一周内完成，这样能保持课程内容的一致性。
例如：如果周日的课因生日聚会错过，可以在同周的周四或周五参加。若无法在同周补课，我们会尽量安排内容最接近的课程。
如何申请补课？
请尽早联系我们——越早告知，我们能为孩子提供的选择就越多。
学期开始后还能退费吗？
不能。一旦学期开始，当期不可取消或退费。
全年/半学年报名可以取消哪一部分？
可以取消后续未开始的学期，但当期 Term 开始后不可取消。
退费怎么计算？
已开始/已使用部分按原价扣除，剩余金额退还。
为什么按原价扣除，不按全年优惠价？
因为全年/半学年报名本身包含优惠。退费时按已使用部分原价计算更公平。
